Lithuanian dancer, movement teacher and philosopher Justas Kučinskas shares his knowledge about human development and how dance has encouraged him to always think out of the box and bring his consciousness to the next level.  We discussed about competition in arts and how one can only be better than somebody else in things that are measurable. We also talked about the relationship between growth and discomfort, and what technology does to our thinking.

Together with his wife, dancer Jekaterina, Justas co-founded a Movement School in Vilnius where he gathers people for a new movement experience and exploration of human soul through dance. Justas and Jekaterina  are parents to three beautiful children who remind them about the worth of beginners mindset everyday.
